We are a small team of direct home buyers working Griffin and Spalding County. We are based in metro Atlanta, we buy here deliberately, and the person who answers your call is the person with the authority to make you an offer. Why Griffin?

Because Griffin rewards buyers who actually know it. This is a real town with a real history, textile mills, the railroad, the Experiment agricultural station, and housing stock that runs from 1920s mill cottages to brick ranches to rural acreage south toward Pike County. National buying formulas treat all of that as one number. We do not. Knowing which block, which floor plan, and which renovation the market will pay for is exactly what lets us make offers that hold up.

What do we actually do with the houses?

We renovate and resell them, hold some as rentals, and on some purchases we assign our contract to partner investors who buy and renovate in Spalding County. When an assignment applies, the agreement says so in writing. Either way, your side of the deal is identical: the price on your contract, an attorney closing, and your money at the table.

What can you hold us to?
